Acquisition checklist
- Updated title deed and clear certificates (federal, state, labor).
- Property tax and condo fees current; verify predecessor's delinquency.
- Independent market appraisal.
- ITBI, registration, and financing costs in the total calculation.
- For shares: shareholders' agreement, hidden debts, and pending earn-outs.
